FM Interiors will inspect your property and discuss onsite what is required to enhance your home to get maximum return on your investment. At this point, we consider furniture removal, layout, necessary inventory, possible trades needed and the timeline. We take into consideration any concerns or questions you may have and offer practical solutions.
Within 48 hours of our initial meeting FM Interiors will prepare and email you our proposal for your property. This includes suggested inventory for every room, suggested services and a breakdown of costs for your consideration. Katie and I are available to discuss any queries you may have and adjust the proposal if necessary.
On accepting FM interiors proposal and quote we will send you a letter of agreement to sign. We are happy to work closely with you or your chosen agent to establish a timeline of necessary works and a date for installation. Our role at this time, is to take the stress out of the process for you and arrange everything seamlessly to guarantee the best results. We can usually inspect a property and style it within a 7-10 day period depending on our availability and any works that may need to be carried out are coordinated before installation.
Prior to the installation, FM Interiors will personally make all the necessary selections for your property, taking into consideration the location, attributes, style and era of your home. We are sympatric to any furniture that is to remain and are happy to work with it to respect it and the intracity of its surroundings.
Generally, we tend to style over 2 days, arriving early on the day of installation and working until we are happy with the result. On the second day, we return if required to add any finishing touches or fresh blooms for photography. Katie and I are always onsite on the day of installation and personally oversee the transformation of your property. This is one aspect of the job we love as our clients are often delighted with the results. we take immense pride in our work and like to see it through to completion.
Throughout the marketing campaign we keep in close touch with you or your agent to see how the process is going. During this period of time we offer an additional concierge service that includes fresh blooms, light cleaning and an overall inspection of the property. This is usually done, one day prior or on the day of the open house.
One week prior to the auction, we will be in touch to see if, in the unlikely event your property doesn’t sell, whether you wish to continue to rent the furniture or if this is the recommendation of the agent.
Concluding the successful sale of your property or at the end of your rental agreement, we will arrange to collect our furniture and inventory. All items are available for purchase at this stage.
